Everything Is Broken
At Fangtasia, Eric and Pam decide to try and make a hasty departure but their plans change drastically when Ginger informs them that the V-Feds are there. Cleaning up and removing Talbot’s blood from him, Eric goes out to meet with Vampire Rights Amendment Nan Flanagan.
Eric sits down and prepares for the worst to happen. Nan has the guards set up webcams so that the “Authority” could listen in on their conversation. Having no choice in the matter, Eric opens up and tells them everything.
At Russell’s mansion, he drops to the floor where Talbot’s remains are scattered. Grabbing them up, he begins to mourn loudly and finally cries out as if in physical pain.

Sookie enjoys a nice shower after her and Bill make love. Soon, Bill joins her and using a bit of his blood, he heals the puncture wounds from his fangs on her throat. The two begin to kiss again. After the shower, Sookie heads on downstairs and doesn’t seemed shocked to see a dead body in her living room. Bill comes down to help dispose of the body. As they are lifting the body, Sookie informs Bill that this is not what normal couples do.
Lafayette and Jesus enjoy a drink after they make love. Noticing the Jaguar tattoo on Jesus’ chest, Lafayette asks him about it. Jesus tells him about it’s power but realizes that Lafayette doesn’t believe a word he’s saying and ends up telling him it was his HS mascot.
Jason shows up at home and sees Felton giving Crystal a hard time. Crystal tells Felton that Jason kidnapped her and raped her. Jason, who is clueless of course denies this. Felton on the other hand, decides it’s true and attacks Jason. While his back is turned, Felton is hit from behind by Crystal and falls to the ground.
At Sam’s trailer, he tries to console Tara after she tells him everything that happened. He suggest that maybe she could see a psychiatrist but Tara wants no part of that. Sam gets a call from Terry letting him know that Tommy is being considerably loud at his place. Sam heads over to deal with Tommy. While Sam is gone, Tara turns on the computer and looks up meetings for rape survivors.
Eric tells Nan everything that Russell has been up too and the fact that Russell killed his whole family over a thousand years ago. After the meeting is through, Nan tells him that he and Pam are on lock down until the Authority can make a decision on what to do.
Crystal and Jason decide to tie Felton up real good and leave him next to a tree on a deserted road. While Crystal is tying Felton up, Jason calls the Sherriff’s office and report in a disguised voice that he saw a man tied up and that he had a bunch of V in his pocket. Crystal has him hang up before Jason gives them away.
The next morning at Lafayette’s, Jesus shows up to take Ruby Jean back to the hospital. When she sees Lafayette, she tells him that his sun is shining through. She asks Lafayette if Jesus did this too him and he reluctantly says yes. After that, Ruby Jean says out loud that maybe God does love homosexuals.
Jason and Crystal arrive at the Sherriff’s station the next day. They see that Rosie is crying and soon discover that Deputy Kevin responded to their fake call and was ambushed. Andy tells them that they beat Kevin up really bad. After complaining about an ulcer, Andy heads to his office with Jason on his heels. Jason tells Andy a great plan on what to do and Andy seems quite interested.
While Jason and Andy are discussing the plan, Crystal tries to console Rosie who says that she loved Kevin. Crystal looks up and sees Kenya walking T-Dub past them. Looking up at him, Crystal senses that T-Dub thinks she’s snitching on him. After Jason leaves Andy’s office, Andy opens the drawer and stares at the V he confiscated.
Tara shows up at a rape survivors meeting and is instantly greeted by Holly from Merlotte’s. At the beginning of the meeting, Holly stands up and tells her storey about being raped by a co-worker for 51/2 hours.
Alone at home, Sookie browses through a scrap book of her grandparents when she receives a call from Hadley. Hadley asks if Sookie could meet her at the Aquarium. Sookie races down there and Hadley hugs her. Sookie sees Hadley’s son Hunter standing off to the side looking at an exhibit. Hadley tells Sookie about the fact that she was with Queen Sophie Anne and that she told her everything. Hadley asks Sookie if she could talk to Hunter telepathically and find out if he too had the ability to read peoples thoughts. Sookie sits with Hunter and soon she realizes that he can read minds. Seeing the truth, Hadley tells Sookie that she must go and hide so that no one will find him and runs off crying.
Back at Merlotte’s, Arlene is ticked off when she notices that once again part of her tip is gone. Confronting Tommy, the two get into a screaming match. Sam breaks it up and tells Tommy that it will be docked from his check. After telling Arlene that she sucked at waitressing, he storms off and Arlene takes off crying.
Once alone in Sam’s office, Arlene begins to cry harder. Soon, Holly shows up to offer some comfort. The two begin to talk about the baby and Arlene opens up and tells Holly that the baby isn’t Terry’s. Holly asked Arlene if she wants the baby and tells her that there are other ways to handle it.
Asleep under the floor boards, Bill begins to wake up when he feels water dripping on him. Opening up the door, Bill steps out and into Sookie’s mysterious world. He is surprised to see that the sunlight does not have a burning effect on him.
Claudine appears and accuses Bill of killing Sookie. Claudine runs from Bill. Catching up to her, Bill unwillingly bares his fangs. Using her magical bright light, Claudine throws Bill back. Bill finally convinces Claudine that he loves Sookie and he wants to protect her but he needs to know what she is.
Waking up at Fangtasia, Pam sees that Eric did not get any rest at all. She tells him that he should have told her about his past so that she could help him. Eric tells her that if something happens to him, than she needs to make a Vampire.
Jessica is not too happy when she sees Hoyt walk in to Merlotte’s with Summer. She tries to pretend that it doesn’t bother her but realizes too late that it does and her fangs are bared unwillingly. Jessica rushes off to try and pull herself together. After Summer heads off to the bathrooms, Jessica heads back over and tries to apologize. Hoyt admits to her that he hates Summer but he’s just trying to keep from thinking about her. This of course makes Jessica sad and she begins to cry again and leaves.
Nan Flanagan arrives back at Fangtasia to let Eric know what the Authority has decided. Unbeknownst to her, Russell is on the roof watching them. Holding a glass urn of what’s left of Talbot, he vows to Talbot that they will all suffer.
Inside, Nan surprises Eric when she tells him that the Authority has decided to turn a blind eye to the whole situation and to forget it ever happened. They also demand that Eric kill Russell and bring them his fangs. Nan also informs Eric that if he doesn’t do this, she will have his fangs instead.
Calvin enters Merlotte’s looking for Crystal. Jason instantly jumps up to protect Crystal. The two begin to shove each other and Jason asks him to take it outside. Sam soon steps in and before long, Calvin is calling Sam a liar in regards to seeing Crystal. Sam turns away but Calvin opens his big mouth again and basically calls Sam a coward. Next minute, Sam is beating Calvin within an inch of his life before Hoyt and Jason pull Sam off.
Moments later, Lafayette and Jesus pull up in a truck to take Calvin to the nearest hospital. Before they have a chance to leave, Crystal stops them. Jason tries to get her to stay but Crystal tells him to back off and jumps into the truck.
Tara watches on but soon finds herself pulled aside by Franklin. Franklin tells her that he couldn’t believe that she would try to kill him or that she didn’t even mourn him. Tara finally tells him exactly what she thinks of him and calls him a psychopath. Franklin begins to strangle her. Jason steps in just in time with his rifle and Franklin tells him to leave. Jason stands his ground and fires off a shot using his wooden bullets. Hitting Franklin head on, Franklin explodes into a nasty mess.
Bill shows up at Sookie’s later than he planned. He tries to explain what happened to him but he can’t seem to find the right words. He then tries to explain to Sookie that he finally knows what she is.
Nan Flanagan is in her secure vehicle heading to the airport. Inside, she has a naked woman and soon she is feeding from her inner thigh. Glancing up, Nan begins to watch the newscaster discuss the VRA when suddenly his chest is ripped open by Russell. Looking on in horror, Nan listen to Russell as he tells the viewers that the Vampires plan on eating them than they plan on eating their children.
