Sookie helps Alcide clean up his wounds from the bar fight earlier. Looking around Alcide’s apartment and seeing it almost empty, she asks him what happened. Alcide tells her that his fiance Debbie left about a month earlier that he hadn’t gotten around to furnishing it since.
Hearing her cell phone ring, Sookie races over to answer it. Sookie is relieved to hear it’s Bill. Soon her happiness turns to tears when she hears what he has to say. Bill tells her that they can no longer be together and that he does not love her. He tells her that he has been with Lorena and that he is death. Bill also informs her not to try and find him and hangs up. Sookie is devastated and turns to Alcide for comfort.
Sam tries to run after Tommy but Tommy has already shifted into a bird and flown away. Sam smells something unusual and walks around the bar to see what it is. Sam is not too happy when he sees Melinda and Joe Lee’s van parked there. Banging on the door, Melinda steps out. She tells him that they have been evicted and have nowhere to go. Not wanting anything to do with their problems, Sam tells them to leave as soon as Tommy gets back.

Using his abilities, Franklin soon has Tara telling him everything he wants to know about Sookie and Bill. Demanding that she call Sookie to find out where she is, Tara dials the number. Tara being compelled by Franklin tries to convince Sookie to tell her where she is. Sookie tells her that she doesn’t want to drag Tara into her mess and hangs up the phone. Seeing a chance to escape, Tara takes off but soon Franklin has her pinned to the door. Baring his fangs, Franklin bites Tara and she begins to scream.
Lorena seems to believe that she now has Bill back. Bill tells her that he only had sex with her to try and kill the love he had for Sookie. Not wanting to believe him, Lorena tells him that she is truly happy now that they are together again. Trying another way to convince her, Bill punches Lorena in the face, causing her to flu backwards out of the room. Bill shuts the door to be rid of her.
While Eric watches Yvette dance for him, he begins to fantasize about him and Sookie together in a hotel room. Before they have a chance to consummate their relationship, Yvette speaks, breaking up his fantasy.
Alcide cooks breakfast and tries to convince Sookie to go back home. Sookie informs him that she still wants to find Bill. She wants Bill to say it to her face that he no longer loves her. Alcide thinks she’s just asking to be hurt again and storms off.
Tara finds herself duct taped to the toilet and no way to escape. Soon, Franklin returns and he’s got a bouquet of flowers for her. He duct tapes the flowers to her hands and tells her that he can’t stop thinking about her.
Sookie opens Alcide’s door and sees his sister Janice standing there. Sookie asks Janice to help her look the part of a woman that would go to Lou Pine’s bar. While they are chatting, Sookie reads Janice’s thoughts and finds out that Debbie is hooked on V and is going to be initiated at the party tonight.
Merlotte’s is having a very busy lunch and Arlene is just about to lose her cool because there is no one there to help her. Getting more and more irritated about the situation with Andy, Jason stirs up trouble for the new local HS football hero Kitch Maynard.
When he sees Andy get promoted to Sheriff, Jason decides to confront him about it in the bathroom. He tells Andy that he wants him to make him a deputy. Andy tries to tell him that he has to follow certain channels in order for that to happen. Not wanting to do that, Jason threatens him with telling everyone that he was the one that killed Eggs.
Alcide comes home to see Sookie in leather pants, black wig and tattoos. Sookie tells him about Debbie being hooked on V and soon convinces him to go to the party with her.
Bill settles in for a cigar and conversation with Russell. Russell soon get Bills to confide in him about Queen Sophie Ann and Eric selling V. In return, Bill has asked that Russell destroy Lorena.
Out of desperation, Sam hires Jessica to work for him. This of course irritates Arlene because she wants to be the only red headed waitress there. Arlene almost lets it slip that she’s pregnant. Changing the subject fast, Terry informs Sam that his folks were barbecuing in the parking lot.
Lafayette heads over to the town of Hot Shot and tries to make a deal with the local drug dealer Calvin Norris. Calvin tells him that he will not be dealing with Lafayette’s kind and soon Lafayette leaves. He hears a noise by his new car and sees a few men trying to mess with it. Before long, Lafayette finds himself surrounded and he gets hit. Soon enough, Eric appears and takes care of the men and even manages in his own way to get them all to do business together.
Franklin takes Tara on a car ride and she has no idea where they are going. He tells her that his employer is interested in Bill more than Sookie. Franklin begins to tell her that he has been so lonely but now things have all changed. His emotional needs are now being met by her.
Sam finds Tommy laying naked in the woods and throws his clothes on him. After talking with Tommy about his family, Sam decides to help Tommy out and give him a job. Back at the van, he tells Melinda and Joe Lee that he will also give them a place to live as long as Joe Lee quits drinking. They all seem to agree for the time being.
Driving back to Bon Temps, Eric tries to tell Lafayette how to conduct business until he receives a phone call from Pam. Pam tells him that they are being raided. The Magister is there and he is looking for the V. Hanging up the phone, Eric puts down the car window and flies out.
Franklin arrives at his destination and it is none other than Russell Eddington’s mansion. Once there, he is greeted not to warmly by Talbot. Talbot tries to get rid of him and tells Franklin that Russell was out. Not to be turned away, Franklin tells Talbot that he will wait.
At Lou Pine’s, Sookie approaches the bar and soon is confronted by Gus. Making sure that he doesn’t recognize her, she drinks the shots that he puts in front of her. Soon she is confronted by Debbie demanding who she is. Alcide speaks up and tells Debbie that Sookie is with him. Sookie explains to Debbie that Alcide is only there to help her. Debbie of course has no desire to go with him and proves it by kissing Coot right in front of him.
Russell, Lorena and Bill pull up in a limo outside of a strip club. Russell tells Bill to go and get them something ethnic. Not being to tell him no, Bill heads into the club. Before long, he has the lady that he wants. Back in the limo, Russell tells Lorena that he has an errand to run and leaves her there to wait for Bill.
Back at Fangtasia, Eric arrives to see the Magister torturing Pam for information. Finally Pam breaks and tells him that it is Bill he wants. Going along with it, Eric tells the Magister that he needs a few more days to find Bill. Agreeing, the Magister allows him to leave but promises that Pam will die if Eric is found guilty.
At Lou Pine’s Debbie takes off her coat and soon the crowd is carrying her up to the stage. Alcide and Sookie watch as Russell takes the stage and starts speaking German to the crowd. He then bites his wrist and fills shots glasses with his blood. The shot glasses are passed around the group begin to drink. Russell leaves and Debbie gets branded with the Operation Werewolf symbol. Soon the crowd becomes frenzied and they begin to change into werewolves. Alcide tells Sookie to leave. Looking at Alcide, Sookie sees he is also changing and once again he yells for her to leave. Sookie screams and runs out.
Outside the strip club, Bill immediately senses that Sookie is in trouble. He knows that he can do nothing about it and escorts the stripper into the limo. Once inside, the stripper finds out too late that it’s not a private party and Lorena bares her fangs and takes the first bite. Soon Russell and Bill bare there fangs and join her.
