Preparing to bury himself with the new Vampire “Jessica”, Bill is dreading the whole process. Telling Pam exactly how he feels only to not have a sympathetic ear with her. Jumping in the newly dug grave, Bill gathers up Jessica closely as Pam proceeds to bury them. When Jessica awakens again, she will be a Vampire.
Making up the couch for Sam to sleep on, Sookie discusses the images she saw while she was in the killers thoughts. Coming to realize that they are of a young woman named Cindy who works at a pie house not too far away. They both decide that they should visit there the following day.
Cleaning up the remains that was Eddie, Amy and Jason begin to argue about
who’s fault it was. Trying to convince Jason that Eddie wasn’t even a man
and that he was nothing but a predator, Amy again gets her way.
Down at Merlotte’s, Lafayette is watching his favorite senator make a
speech. Getting angry quickly after listening to the senator spouting
nonsense about not believing in Vampire rights or homosexuality. Telling the
viewers that Vampire blood will make your children be addicts and drug
dealers.
Worse yet, turning them into homosexuals. Pretty hypocritical considering
this very senator was trying to score some “V” earlier. Figuring that maybe
he needs to pay a visit to the senator tonight to voice his opinions,
Lafayette decides to head to the senators next appearance.
Walking into “Patty’s Pie House”, Sookie and Sam begin to ask one of the
locals about the waitress named Cindy. Discovering that the waitress is dead
and that her brother Drew is missing, they set out to the sheriffs
department. After a few choice words, Sookie convinces the sheriff to fax
over a picture of Drew Marshall to their sheriff’s station.
Coming home late, Jason sees that Amy had cooked him a nice dinner in hopes
of making up with him. Of course, it works. After dinner though, Amy shocks
him again by asking him to do the last drop of “V” with her. Promising that
would be the last, Jason shares it with her.
Bill waits for Jessica to come above ground. Fearing the worst from her and
knowing that he had made her a Vampire against her will. Of course when she
does come up, he feels he is dealing more with a spoiled child than an
adult. Realizing that Jessica just might embrace the Vampire way of life in
the process.
Having shared a wonderful day together, Sam and Sookie relax at home.
Feeling that maybe he might have a chance at a relationship with her, Sam
embraces Sookie for a passionate kiss. Feeling no resistance, the kiss goes
on.
Bill stops by Fangtasia to hopefully drop off his unwanted
baggage…”Jessica”. Knowing that he will be indebted to Eric, he leaves
Jessica with him. Grateful to be finally getting back to Sookie. Of course,
seeing their embrace through the screen door, Bill lunges for Sam. A fight
breaks out and Sookie demands that Bill leave. Rescinding Bill’s invitation
to enter her home.
Meanwhile, Tara gets a well needed visit from her mother in jail. Expecting
to be bailed out, Tara soon discovers her mother has no intention to bail
her out. Thinking “tough love” is the way to go. Tara is in shock, thinking
back to all the times she herself have had to bail her own mother out.
Deciding right than and there, Tara disowns her mother.
While Jason and Amy are sleeping, the killer pays them a visit. Assuming
that Amy is a “fang banger” like all the rest, the killer strangles her
while Jason is sound asleep. Waking up later only to see Amy’s lifeless
body, Jason calls 911. Figuring that he had killed her, he turns himself in
to the sheriff station.
Tara is awoken later to find her bail has been paid and that she now has a
new friend. Her name is Maryann and she has come to take Tara home to her
mansion and look after her. Feeling helpless and alone, Tara gladly accepts
to the help.
While Jason is in a way admitting his guilt to the murders, a fax comes in
of a picture of a certain Drew Marshall. A Drew Marshall that looks an awful
lot like a Rene that’s engaged to Arlene.
