Jason wakes up to Timbo licking his head wound. Trying to politely ask him to stop, Timbo finally does. Expressing to Timbo that hasn’t he always helped them out and that he has come to love them all, Jason convinces Timbo to loosen a knot. Before Timbo has a chance to complete it, Felton comes barging in with a gun and puts a stop to that real quick.
Leaving her bathroom and knowing that Eric is following her closely behind, Sookie once again tries to make him leave. Eric informs her that since he owns the house, he therefore owns everything inside as well. Sookie quickly tells him that she is not included in that. Stressing to her once again that he owns her and that she needs his protection. Eric leaves and on his way out of the squeaky screen door, promises her he will fix that.
Katerina informs Bill of everything that transpired that evening at the Moon Goddess Emporium. Explaining to him how Manie chanted a spell and brought her dead parrot back to life. This concerns Bill because he knows if the witches can control the dead then they can control the Vampires. Afterward, Bill has Katerina stick around to feed his appetite, both sexually and his hunger.

Pam escorts Hoyt and Jessica out of the club and they are all greeted by anti-Vampire protesters. Pam tries to tell them to ignore them but Hoyt soon explodes when they begin insulting Jessica. Pam tells him to keep his cool because someone in the crowd was recording the whole thing. Reaching his breaking point, Hoyt gets into a fight.
After finally catching up to Luna, Sam sits with her and tries to get her to trust and confide in him. Seeing her hesitation, Sam tries not to pry. Luna appears to want to share her past with Sam but changes her mind. Taking off, Luna quickly shifts back into a horse and gallops off.
Sookie heads off to Bill’s to see if he will help her with Eric. Arriving on his property, she is shocked to see how his home had been completely fixed up. Surprising her even more when a group of armed men surround her. After a message from Bill, the men are asked to stand down.
Walking into Bill’s home, Sookie sees that he was not alone. Bill and his friend Katerina were obviously finishing dressing, leaving no doubt about what they were just doing. Once alone, Sookie appeals to Bill to help her get her house back. Bill tells her that he can not and that Eric had many friends in high places, making it hard for him to intervene. Turning to leave, Sookie steps back in and asks Bill how he came to be King. Before he could give her an answer, she tells him to forget it.
Once Sookie is gone, Bill flashes back to London in 1982. He was in a punk rock club and had made friends with the bartender. Soon, he is feeding off of the bartender in an alleyway. Glamoring him to not remember anything, Bill sends him on his way.
Nan appears and asks Bill why he never kills them when he is through. Liking his answer, Nan offers him a position to help mainstream Vampires with the National Vampire League. Promising him a bright future for his help, Bill agrees.
Coming back to a year ago, Bill reflects back on his upcoming battle with Queen Sophie Anne. After she tosses him back, she looks up to see him standing there with several armed guards. Pointing their rifles at the Queen, Bill gives the command and she is destroyed. Nan once again appears and grants Bill the title of King of Louisiana.
At Merlotte’s, Sookie explains to Sam that she was sorry for vanishing and when she feels it’s the right time, she would tell him what actually happened. Moments later, Terry, Arlene and the baby show up. Their babysitter canceled so Terry has the baby in a carrier attached to the front of him. Seeing the baby for the first time, Sookie is all smiles. Arlene appears nervous and asks Sookie if she can read the babies thoughts. Telling her no, Arlene races off to start her shift.
Andy arrives in Hot Shot, disguising his need for a V fix, he tells Timbo he has a warrant to search the property for V. Timbo tells him they don’t have any. Felton is hiding and he soon recognizes Andy’s signs of a desperate need for V. Grabbing Luther, he gives him a vile of V to give to Andy. Felton watches on as Luther hands it over to Andy. With a look of relief, Andy hops back in his car and speeds off.
Back in a dark room, Jason is still tied to a bed. Crystal walks in and he thinks he is finally saved. Crystal however has a different plan. Telling him that Felton has her hopped up on V but she was going to help him. Just not the way he thinks.
Opening his door to his office, Sam sees Luna sitting in his chair. She has come to say she was sorry for the abrupt way she left the night before. Kissing him, Luna tells Sam that she wants to open up to him. Walking her out, Tommy sees Sam and makes a comment about how she smelled. Turning around, Sam tells Tommy to mind his own business.
Back in the kitchen, Terry is preparing for his shift with the baby attached to his chest. Stopping by to check in on him, Arlene expresses her concern once again about the baby. As Terry talks to her, she glances into her babies eyes and can not look away. Seconds later, her eye turns red. Blaming the baby, Arlene rushes off.
Arriving back home, Sookie drops her groceries when she is shocked to see Tara approaching her. The two embrace and epon entering the house, Sookie sees Eric had put a new screen door on. Walking into the kitchen, Sookie sees a new microwave. Feeling quite irritated, Sookie looks somewhat relieved when sees a beautiful new armoire in her living room. Opening it up, she is once again irritated because it was a secret cubby Eric had made. Sookie storms out to confront Eric.
Jessica awakens for the evening and walks into the kitchen to see Hoyt taking care of his fight wounds. Ready to bite her wrist and give him her blood so he can have a speedy recovery. Hoyt tells her no and Jessica takes it as an insult. Grabbing the truck keys, Jessica heads out but soon finds herself driving to Fangtasia.
Since Sookie took off to deal with Eric, Tara decides to head on over to Lafayette’s house. Once there, she sees that he is getting ready to leave also. Not having anything better to do, Tara goes along with him and Jesus to the Wicca meeting.
Being summoned by Bill, Eric grudgingly appears before him. Bill explains to him about the new coven of witches and Eric tells him he will send Pam. Bill tells him no and demands that Eric go himself. Bill goes on to explain to Eric that the witches are necromancers. Now seeing the urgency, Eric leaves immediately.
Sookie tries to convince Pam to help her get Eric to stop pursuing her. Pam let’s Sookie know that there is no way she would ever go against her maker. Telling Sookie that she should go for Eric since he is handsome, rich and can protect her.
Jessica arrives at Fangtasia and makes her way through the crowd of protesters. Once inside, she zones in on the man she saw in there the other night. Walking straight up to him, he grabs her hand and she leads him into the bathroom.
At the Moon Goddess Emporium, Lafayette, Tara and Jesus are shocked when Marnie announces that she wants to raise a human from the dead next.Many voice their uncertainty but others are all for it. Having heard enough, Tara decides to wait outside.
Sitting around a fire, Sam and the others begin to open up and talk about their past experiences. Luna finally begins to speak and tells the group that she had shifted into her mother before. She tells them that she is part Navajo and they believe that if you kill another shifter, you will have the power to shift into human form. Her mother had died giving birth to her.
Sensing that another shifter was around, Sam jumps up to investigate. Seeing it’s Tommy who immediately shifts into a bird, Sam soon follows. Once Sam finally catches up to Tommy, he finds out that Tommy just wants to be part of Sam’s life again. Agreeing to try and trust each other again, Tommy takes off and Sam heads back to the group.
Marnie announces that they need a dead body and suddenly Eric is at their door. Lafayette jumps up in fear causing Eric to take notice of him. Eric demands that the coven never meet again or there will be consequences. Marnie asks everyone to join hands. Before she can began her chant, Eric is at her throat biting her. Tara arrives and grabs a wooden cross to impale Eric. Seeing this, Eric immediately goes for Tara. Seeing that Tara was in trouble, Lafayette grabs hands and they all begin to chant again.
Marnie begins to chant louder and you can see she is channeling another while she is doing this. Suddenly Eric releases Tara and looks at Marnie. They continue to chant and a look of confusion comes over Eric’s face. When the chanting stops, Eric looks around and races out.
Felton and Crystal arrive and tell Jason it’s time. Crystal tells him that Felton is not able to have a baby and they need a baby for their bloodline to continue. Seeing that turning Jason into a Were-panther is the only option, Crystal and Felton strip down and change into panthers. Jason begins to scream as they approach and begin to bite him.
Driving home, Sookie slows down when she sees Eric walking. Trying to get him to notice her, Sookie calls his name but he just looks at her as if she was a stranger. Looking at her, he tells her he doesn’t know who she is but smells so good.
