Lighting pumpkins outside of Merlotte’s, Sookie watches as Holly dressed as a Fairy approaches her. Holding a joint in one hand, she asks Sookie if she could borrow her light. Handing it to her, Holly explains that Halloween night is also a time when the wall between the living and the dead is at its most vulnerable. They both express that they have a feeling of dread. A minute later, Tara arrives and is frantic. She tells them that Marnie was back. Soon they all head out in Sookie’s car and head to Bill’s mansion. Finally arriving at the mansion, they run up to where Bill and Eric are tied to posts in the middle of a large wood pile. Instantly, they are confronted by Marnie. Trying to keep her eyes focused on Sookie and Tara, Holly begins to chant a spell and pour a circle of salt around the group.
Not wanting to hear anymore from Tara or Sookie, Marnie starts the fire and Bill and Eric begin to burn. Wanting no harm to come to the men she loves, Sookie raises her hands and soon the beams of light shoot out, sending Marnie backwards. The demon face appears and the women join hands and begin to chant a spell.
