Bill Compton – Stephen Moyer

Bill Compton was born around 1835 and was turned into a vampire in 1865 after the Civil War. His full name is William Thomas Compton. Bill was once romantically involved with Sookie Stackhouse. Bill also looks after new vampire fledgling Jessica who he was forced to turn and now lives with him. He is now Vampire King of Louisiana.

Stephen Moyer plays the vampire, Bill Compton, in the True Blood series. He was born in the UK and began his acting career on stage. Stephen has had starring roles on several British TV shows, played Sam on The Starter Wife, and has many guest appearances on other shows.
