Grant Bowler to join True Blood
Grant Bowler told The Daily Telegraph that he will be in season 3 of True Blood.
He wouldn’t give details on his character, but had this to say:
“Mate, it’s HBO and it’s the King … it’s the chance to work for an Oscar-winner [series creator Allan Ball] and alongside an Oscar-winner [Anna Paquin].”
Wonder what character he is playing?
Looks like a sexy Alcide to me!!!

He’s cute. Who is Alaric!?
I think they may mean Alcide. This is not the first post I have seen with the Alaric.
I could handle him as my Alcide.
He’s not what I had in mind for my Alcide, but I’m not hard to please. He’s good looking.

That was probably it , the excitement, I love Alcide in the books!!! can’t wait to see what they do with his character on the show!!!
He will make a GREAT Alcide! I always had trouble picturing who a good actor for him would be. It’s nice to have faces to the characters when you read the books
